Gorselé OnRoad
Applicable to IOS and Android app.

This privacy statement is applicable to all processing of driver related data gathered via the Gorsele OnRoad application distributed by either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Gorselé is responsible for the processing of this data and values privacy of every driver or user of the app. Gorsele complies with the GDPR with respect to the processing of this data.

What data does Gorsele gather

Gorsele processes driver and vehicle information with the intent of providing a good experience to users of the Gorselé OnRoad.

Drivers are required to agree to this Privacy Policy in order to be able to execute orders for Gorselé.
Gorselé can but does not necessary gather this info :

  • Firstname
  • Lastname
  • Signature
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Mobile number
  • Driver’s License type and number
  • Preferred language
  • Vehicle type
  • Vehicle license plate
  • Vehicle number of seats
  • Obligated documents in the vehicle
  • Holiday and leave requests
  • Current orders

We only process personal data that the driver provided to us in the application form.

Sharing with others
Gorselé does not share, in any way, any type of driver information with third parties or other companies.
Gorselé provides the driver’s number to the customer when this is demanded and the driver approves this.

Review, correction and deletion of your personal data
Every driver or Gorselé OnRoad app user is entitled to request deletion and if necessary correction of all the personal data that we collected. If you believe that we collected personal data about the driver without a valid purpose. To do any of the above, please contact Gorselé will delete all of your data, and thereby delete your OnRoad account, within 24 hours. Do note that if you are legally bound to a specific contract made with Gorselé, you are subject to the terms in the contract.
